By using the Fanripper extension or the services at fanripper.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Description
The Service is a download utility that allows users to save media content from third-party subscription platforms where they hold an active subscription. The Service does not host, store, or redistribute any third-party content.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and Payment
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits, including monthly, semi-annual, and one-time lifetime plans. Payments are processed via third-party payment service providers. All sales are final once the subscription has been activated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Lifetime plan. "Lifetime access" means access for the operational lifetime of the Service. If the Service is discontinued or the brand is retired (for example, due to platform delisting requiring rebrand), lifetime subscribers will receive a free migration to the successor service or a pro-rata refund based on the time elapsed since purchase. Lifetime does not imply infinite access regardless of circumstance, and does not guarantee feature parity if the Service materially changes its scope.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with content you have legitimate access to. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access content you are not subscribed to.
- Redistribute, resell, or publish content downloaded through the Service.
- Bypass, attempt to bypass, or interfere with any technical limits of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.
- Use the Service to access content depicting minors.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content accessed through the Service is owned by its respective rights holders. The Service grants no rights in such content. The Fanripper extension, website, branding, and underlying software are the property of their respective owners.
